Orders are confirmed once payment is processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock limitations.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders promptly. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and may vary by location. Wolfbourne is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or external disruptions.
6. Returns & 90-Day Quality Guarantee
Your satisfaction matters. That’s why we offer a 90-day money-back guarantee — but only if you're genuinely dissatisfied with the quality of the product.
∙ Eligible Returns:
If you believe your decanter set doesn’t meet our standards of craftsmanship, you may return it within 90 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
∙ Exclusions:
This guarantee does not apply to damage caused by:
o Accidental breakage
o Mishandling
o Improper care or use
∙ If you’ve broken an item yourself, we understand — accidents happen. We offer individual replacement glasses for purchase so you can complete your set again without replacing the entire product.
